Outdated facilities!!! The elevators weren't working, and the hallways had an overwhelming smoke smell. The lack of maintenance on essential services like TV channels was frustrating. Unpleasant overall ambiance left much to be desired!!!

where do I start? the elevator was broken and no one seemed to care. i was about to leave a glowing review, but the lack of priorities shown by the staff ruined it for me. it must be nice to be treated as a regular instead of royalty.

During my stay, I truly appreciated the spaciousness of the Deluxe Studio with 2 Queen Beds. It was a comfort to have a functional kitchenette available for preparing meals. The beautiful view from my room made my mornings special.

I had a great stay for 2 nights in a Queen Studio, especially since the room was spacious and the shower was consistently hot. However, the Wi-Fi was pretty dismal.

Wi-fi was decent, and the fitness center was useful. Stains everywhere.
